How SMS consent works
Last updated: October 23, 2026
Nuvara Holdings LLC provides a missed-call text-back service to home-service businesses. This page shows, step by step, how a person gives consent to receive a text message. We only text people who called the business's phone number.
Step 1: The person calls the business
The caller dials the business's phone number. If nobody can answer, the call is forwarded to the number operated by Nuvara Holdings LLC for that business.
Step 2: The caller hears this message before the call ends
An automated voice message plays in Spanish and then in English. This is the exact script:
English: "Thank you for calling. We cannot take your call right now. We will send you a text message so you can book an appointment. To stop receiving messages, reply to the text message with the word STOP."
By staying on the line and listening to this message, the caller agrees to receive the text message described below. The caller is told, before anything is sent, that a text message will follow and how to stop it.
Step 3: The caller receives one text message
A single text message is sent to the number that called. Example:
If the person books an appointment, they may also receive a confirmation and up to two reminders for that appointment. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or write to [email protected]. Message frequency varies: typically one text per missed call, plus up to two reminders per booked appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Inglés: "Thank you for calling. We cannot take your call right now. We will send you a text message so you can book an appointment. To stop receiving messages, reply to the text message with the word STOP."
